Let Your Light Shine *A Winter Frost Thermal* And GLOW!

 Let your beautiful light shine and brighten the world around you. 

 We call this a Winter Frost Thermal - because it is cold activated and works best in cold temperatures!  This beauty will also GLOW if you get a little "charge".  When warm it will be a white-ish color, when cold it will be a purple-ish color.  It also has a splash of magical melty flakies.

All powders come in .25 oz jars, filled by weight (fill lines may vary by dip based on powder density).

Tip: use either a coffee filter or cupcake liner, pour some dip into it - lay your nail flat into the dip so the chunky glitter lays flat on your nails. Use a dotting tool or toothpick to flatten any chunky glitter that is sticking out. Repeat steps to get the amount of glitter you are looking for. Or if you don’t want to dip more than once - you can use a toothpick or dotting tool to add more glitter here needed by applying your base liquid where you want to add the glitter to - and put a dab of the base liquid on your dotting tool or toothpick to make it a little tacky - and use it to pickup the pieces of glitter you want to add!
