Kiss the Girl *TRIPLE Color Changer AND Glow*

This beauty changes from shades of blue to purple with a fine sparkly shimmer and a dash of melty flakies!

She also GLOWS!  The Glow color will vary depending on the "charge" and the "source" of the "charge" and also which color the dip is - since it's a thermal and constantly changing color!

All powders come in .25 oz jars, filled by weight (fill lines may vary by dip based on powder density).

Application tip: use either a coffee filter or cupcake liner, pour some dip into it - lay your nail flat into the dip so the flakies lay flat on your nails. Use a dotting tool, fingertip or toothpick to flatten any flakies that are sticking out. Repeat steps to get the amount of coverage you are looking for.  You can also use a toothpick or dotting tool to add more flakies  where needed by applying your base liquid where you want to add the flakies to - and put a dab of the base liquid on your dotting tool or toothpick to make it a little tacky - and use it to pickup the pieces of flakies you want to add!
