Part of Your World *UV Color Changer AND Glow*

A pretty bluish dip full of flakies that have a hint of firey magenta when the light hits. 

This beauty GLOWS! The Glow color can vary depending on the "charge" and the "source" of the charge.  This beauty also changes color  IN the sun when they UV rays are strong.

Please note - this is NOT a thermal dip powder - it will ONLY change when you are outside in DIRECT SUNLIGHT with lots of UV rays.  If you are looking for a thermal changer - we have others in our store!

All powders come in .25 oz jars, filled by weight (fill lines may vary by dip based on powder density).

Application tip: use either a coffee filter or cupcake liner, pour some dip into it - lay your nail flat into the dip so the flakies lay flat on your nails. Use a dotting tool, fingertip or toothpick to flatten any flakies that are sticking out. Repeat steps to get the amount of coverage you are looking for.  You can also use a toothpick or dotting tool to add more flakies  where needed by applying your base liquid where you want to add the flakies to - and put a dab of the base liquid on your dotting tool or toothpick to make it a little tacky - and use it to pickup the pieces of flakies you want to add!
