Teal Appeal

Teal Appeal is a stunning glistening color in the Teal family.  It's hard to capture the true color on a photo because it has a certain sheen that is hard to capture on a photo and super fine sparkle in it as well.  I tried to include various photos in various lighting to try and capture the color well.

This is a high quality pigmented sparkly 10 free dip.
