This collection came from the huge request of white-ish/creamy solids that GLOW color perfect for under nail decals!  These colors are all a shade of white - not guaranteed to be a pure white bc some of the GLOW pigments hand blended in have a slight color to them that I can't change or  it would diminish the GLOW -but they are all sort of a white-ish color with the BEST GLOW through your nail decals!!! We will be constantly adding to this as we put out new collections and seasonal colors - so always check back!
